Casey has been a trial attorney with a practice focused on litigation. He specializes in business and employment lawsuits, including breach of contract, trade secret law, tortious interference, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.
Casey attended the University of Mississippi and graduated with academic honors (cum laude) in 1999. He then went on to receive his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2002. While at Baylor, Casey is one of only a few students to become a moot court finalist and earn his membership in the Order of Barristers. From 2014-2017, Casey was awarded the honor of becoming a Rising Star among the Super Lawyers of Texas. In 2013, Casey was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
